1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Shoes must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

1.2 How to Return

  2. Prepare Your Return Package: Securely pack the shoes in their original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

    Lagos, Nigeria You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

2.1 Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

2.2 Refund Amount

  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the returned items minus any shipping costs, unless the return was due to our error.

2.3 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
